Our Express Sequencing service offers the shortest possible DNA sequencing turn around time. DeWalch strives to provide the highest quality sequencing data by using the best instruments, state-of-the-art automations, and stringent quality control for each and every sample. Regardless of the size of your sequencing project or custom need, we will provide an unmatched level of customer service every step of the way. 

Express turn around time applies to all orders received before 11:00am CST. Sequencing data can be delivered within 24 hours of sample receipt. For larger projects, time will vary depending on the size of the project.

Sample Requirements

• DNA sample in Tris buffer or molecular grade water only!
• DNA sample in tubes or 96 well plate
• 500 ng of DNA at 50 ng/µl required
• Customer primer (if not the universal primer) needed

Sample Submission Guidelines

Please submit DNA and primers according to the chart above. We do not accept PCR strip tubes for our single-tube service; only standard 1.5 mL tubes or 2 mL screw cap tubes. Each tube must be clearly labeled with the sample,s identity. We recommend putting your tubes in a larger 50 mL tube for added protection during shipment. DNA should be shipped overnight (next day delivery) at room temperature.
